Im currently in the process of importing all the old content from the previous website, including videos, but I probably won’t be finished until tomorrow. For the time being however we do have a new feature.
My good friend Micheal Leary has recently moved here to La Paz to work as the head chef for an up and coming high class bistro. However, until the restaurant opens we have been graced with his ecclectic cooking for dinner almost every night. We happened to find a few stripped marlin steaks in the back of the freezer and it wasn’t long before Micheal cooked up something spectacular. Click the image below for the full recipe.
