Fishing Moblogger Contributors Wanted

Fishing Fury is looking for a few contributors interested in moblogging. Before you ask, a moblog, is a mobile blog. Meaning that you update it not from a computer, but a mobile device such as a cellphone or PDA. This of course means that your phone has to have the ability to connect to the internet. Specificly we are looking for contributors with camera phones (or PDAs) that can send images to an email address.

In order to become a contributor you will, of course, need a camera phone or PDA that can send images to an email address. So if you would like to apply for a free moblog send me an email at jwm@fishingfury.com, with the subject “moblog”. Include an image taken from your mobile device, why you would like to become a contributor, and some information about yourself (such as where you live). Your reason can be anything from “I work at bait shop” to “I still have a signal in my ice hut and my wife keeps calling me”, but should be fishing related and about a paragraph long.

Fishing Fury will host your moblog and all images (ie, not just fishing related images), for free, so long as you allow us to use the images as content for our site.

Example moblog: mil0.com

Re: Lakemaid Beer Shirt Contest

I have a friend whose cottage is on Lake Chemong, never fished in it although I've heard all the stories. I was walking in it this weekend past, paddled it too, with Alexander directing.....check out the Curve Lake Powwow sometime!!!! I worked so hard this weekend, the shirt fell right offen me, so I need that shirt more than ANYONE else! Love your site!

Re: Bioline Contest!

Finally! If only people didn't leave their excess line at fishin' spots. Isn't most regular monofilament a petroleum byproduct?
