Fishing Fury Tattoo!

Fishing Fury has now been immortalized! Reader and contributor, Matt Barnette has proven his love for fishing with the first Fishing Fury logo, and it turned out great. He took our original logo and put a twist on it with a little bit of shading which gives it a real mean look.

Nice Tat mate. I wish i had some skin on my arms to add something like that but it’s pretty much been filled, I’ll have to start looking elsewhere on my body to have another addition!

Do you have any fishing tattoos Mark?

Clive Mathias on February 14th, 2008 @ 1:28 pm

Not one mate, you know how the mirror Carp has odd markings, that’s how my arms are from top to bottom, just a collection of odd shaped markings! I’m having a single hook done soon, i just can’t think of the exact place to have it yet.

Re: Polution Sucks

Blah my stomach is turning. I couldn't imagine our lakes turning to this but it is a possibility. I vote this most disturbing Fishing Fury post of all time!

Re: Potential World Record Pike

Just when i thought the subject had finished, someone has brought it back up again, this has got to be the most talked about picture yet!...I bet the poor bloke who sent the pic in wishes he hadn't bothered!...Pike eh?...They're nothing but trouble!

The thing with this pike that I'm still having trouble with is not so much the three finger thing, but rather the girth of the fish. I've seen lots of pike up close and personal as well as photos of some monster pike but none had that type of girth. It would seem to me that if you compare the size of that pike relative to the man holding it that pike should weight 100 lbs because it's at least half the size of the guy. The fish's head is bigger than his and the rest of the [...]

Re: Get Girls Fishing! A How-To Guide for Men

I laughed, so true. It can be so much fun to take people out fishing. Ans I also find what you have written to hold very true for children as well. If kids are taken fishing, dont "make" them fish, dont make fun of them, be patient and let them develop their own reason for enjoying fishing. I have taken girlfriends, kids, brothers and friends fishing. Patience is the key in my opinion. There are more guys like him out there. Just check out any rivers edge, you'll see us.
