I would imagine that this would be a nightmare for most people, but I think it’s a pretty neat idea. Thousands of little fish nibbling away at your dead skin. I remember when I was little there was this one lake we used to swim at that had tons of bluegill and sunfish. As soon as you got in the water they would swim around you and nibble at you legs.

They claim these little fish can even help psoriasis by eating your dead skin.
