Oceanic Deer Fishing 101

While deer fishing isn’t quite as popular as squirrel fishing, it is equally exciting. Generally the elusive oceanic deer can be caught about 1.5 miles from shore in calm waters. We advise you make sure the deer is tired before you bring it aboard your boat to avoid serious risk of injury to yourself and the deer. Under no circumstances should the deer be gaffed – catch and release is recommended – unless of course you are hungry.
