Huge Ontario Bass

Our friend Bill sent us this photo of a massive bass his girlfriend caught recently. It’s not only the biggest bass shes ever caught, but it even bigger then his biggest bass!

What makes this bass even more impressive is that it was caught within a couple hours of downtown Toronto!

szomo on August 12th, 2008 @ 9:28 am

It wasnt weighed according to Bill, but its got to be 7-8 pounds at least!

Let that be a lesson for you, you see what happens when you take your partner fishing!…..All your street cred just goes down the drain, i hope you won’t be going on a doubles trip for Musky next, it could all end in tears!

Oh my - that’s a hog and a half! What a fish!

i’ll tell you what , if god graces me with one of these on the invitational sept 14 , i’ll be thanking my lucky stars …

Sorry fellas, we didn’t weigh it. We guessed it to be north of 6 lbs. anyway.
She got it on a Topraider, a known topwater Musky bait.
To top it off, we both figure she lost this biggun about a month ago, same bait, same time of day, & the exact same spot, within 15′ according to GPS….lol.

Wow that is one nice bass. I betcha its bigger than the one Mike got on the Otonobee!

Pesky bass not chasing the right lures.

Re: Frog Versus Sparrow: Frog wins...Seriously

Nature at it's best. I've never seen this before but after seeing......I BELIEVE. Kinda feel sorry for the sparrow but I guess it's survival of the fittest

Re: Explosive Fishing Techniques

ok how can anybody ever think that dynamite fishing and cyanide fishing is morally right?? i just want to go and yell in their faces and make them feel so dang guilty because you guys are harming more than the killing of fish you are harming the ecosystem!! and its only kiling the earth even faster so when the world is coming to an end then i am going to go right up to you guys and just say now how do you feel being responsible for the end of the earth and the death of thousands thank you!

Re: Stormy Kromer Hat Contest!

I'm not much for a pithy comment, but I thought I'd leave a note about how honored I be to wear Kromer on my upcoming annual pheasant hunting trip to South Dakota. I'm sure that my hunting buddies will joke about how silly I look while they wear their stylized broad brim hunting caps, but I'll be laughing on the inside as my head stays nice and warm. I'll be laughing al the more when the stiff South Dakota wind picks up and Kromer is staying put. Finally, with the fall bite on, I know my new Kromer will call the [...]
