Fish Eyes Wii

Its been a while since I’ve played a really good fishing game. I’ve tried about on the Wii, but I haven’t been terribly impressed despite the unique controls. There are at least four or five Wii fishing games currently, and there’s another on the way. No date yet on a North American release, but here is the Japanese debut trailer.

The graphics aren’t the greatest, but it looks like this game will have both fresh and saltwater locations and species!

It will be released in North America under the name Reel Fishing Anglers Dream.

    sega bass fishing is a winner for me …. atleast for now …. its not bad on the wii and the fish behave realisticallly … or more so then other games i have seen….

    Sega Bass is about the only one I play these days, but the arcade mode feels too short – I’d love to see a good career based fishing game.

    Rapala on the original XBOX was a winner, i’ve never seen a better intro than that and it was an all round good game…On the 360 it looked even better but they changed it a bit too much and not for the better, it was complete shit in my opinion…The 2nd Rapala is out now though, so i’m going to have to see if they’ve improved it or made it even worse!…What they should do is get an average every day angler and not some big company with just the name to falsly drag the buying public in and let him or her design the game and tell them what they want in it and get the software company to make it, an all round winner i reckon.

    The new Rapala game gets worse reviews the the last one! I haven’t tried it yet, but I’ll give it a shot eventually. You’re gonna have to wait a while for Fishing Fury: The Game, but it’ll be everything your heart desires :)

    And i bet you wont be able to pick different blokes to fish with, they’ll all be sexy women in different outfits that you can customise!…When are you and Jon gonna get started on it?!
