		<description>Eating Fugu at any time even if prepared by a licensed, seasoned pro is like playing Russian roulette.  Blowfish regulations even have very strict disposal, waste pick up procedures.
 Also, cleaning fugu is not the delicate surgical procedure you&#039;d imagine it to be. I have seen them chopped up brutally with a hatchet or rusty old knife, skinned quickly, rinsed then eaten raw or scorched with a blowtorch then served. 
 Your really discover whether or not you have cajones when served a plate.</description>
