Bass Pro Shops: The Strike

There are a few new fishing games due out later this year, and Bass Pro has decided to release their first fishing game since Trophy Bass 2007 into the mix. The Trophy Bass series was pretty solid, so I expect big things from their new game The Strike. You can expect to see several lakes and species available as well as a unique controller.

Try not to let that bad acting take away from it…

That Trophy Bass was a pile of shit, and i was expecting something better off a huge company like BPS…This on the other hand looks like it has a lot of potential, let’s just hope it’s not all good graphics and no gameplay!

Raally? I loved the old Trophy Bass (1-4), but I played the pre BPS games, when Sierra then Field & Stream published the game…

The trouble with the BPS version was i think they didn’t have to put that much work in it and people would still part with their cash just because of the name…Lets hope this one turns things around, i’ll be buying if it’s any good.

meh, my xbox is rrod and purolator won’t deliver an empty box for me to send it in without me signing for it. So that means I can’t even demo this game.

    xbox fail.

Looks great, I have the old Playstation rod, and it was fantastic…great rod at the time, 10 years if not more…probably 15, and I imagine the technology has only gotten better.

  • [...] pretty poor. In this case, I’m not so sure. Its a shame too, because the last BPS game, The Strike, was actually a lot of fun!Video Games | Bass Pro Shops: The Hunt | Live Action TrailerXBox 360 | [...]
