This beautiful muskie was caught in the Saint John River near Fredericton, which despite its size and distance (200km) from the ocean rises and falls with the world largest tides in the Bay of Fundy.

"The Megaforce. Its sounds pretty dangerous, but it isn't, unless of course you are a fish! Buying a good baitcast reel without spending and arm and a leg is tough. With fishing reels you generally get what you pay for. All of my baitcast reels cost well over $200. I had tried cheaper ones and was always disappointed. They didn't cast well, they didn't look good, they felt cheap and the were always prone to backlashes. I was pretty apprehensive about getting the Daiwa Megaforce, but a good friend of mine swore by Daiwa's quality, even in their cheaper reels.
