Its been a while since we’ve had any Name That Fish competitions, so here goes! This isn’t a fish you’ll catch on a rod and reel, but you may remember him from a popular cartoon back in the early 1990′s!

    I guess that was too easy!

    According to wikipedia:
    Mudskippers are members of the subfamily Oxudercinae (tribe Periophthalmini[1]), within the family Gobiidae (Gobies). They are completely amphibious fish, fish that can use their pectoral fins to “walk” on land

    Who can crawl like a dog without scraping his knees?
    Who’s got seg-ment-ed eyes?

    We have these guys in the creeks in Ontario.
