My good friend Phil alerted me to this fantastic swordfish tattoo by artist Matt Adamson. It’s difficult to understand the placement of the tattoo from the photos below but it looks to me like the tops of the shoulders, as if the swordfish has gone through the neck. Matt is [...]

This exotic fish may be native to southeast asia, but would you believe there’s one place in the United States where you can catch one right along side a largemouth bass. While they’re most commonly found here in aquariums many misinformed owners don’t realize they can grow up to 40″ [...]

you r fucking idiot !! the smallest octopus are the corals !!!
That is a very small octopus but the smallest one in the world is the buyhogbaja octopus. Only one has ever been found in the world and scientists can’t seem to find anymore due to how small they are.(0.5mm) And Italien guy, there is no need to be rude this person was just posting a picture saying that was the smallest one that they had ever seen and if you post that type of language again I will report you and call the police on you and beilive me I can.
At first I was amazed by your logic and sensibility, then you call out the internet police, and I can’t help but laugh.. Anyway, no this is not the smallest species of octopus, it is simply the smallest one I’d ever seen captured in a photo.
[...] If you liked this you’ll probably also like the smallest octopus I’ve ever seen. [...]
OMG, THAT IS SOOO SOO SOOOO cute! and that italian guy obviously have some superiority issues…
No, the corals are not octopuses. I’ve seen nobody else mentioned. The corals are anemones’ kin, they are as we said cousins, the corals an anemones I mean. An octopuse is a Cephalopod and is a mollusk, you know… as a snail cousin…
and as I found out the smallest one is Octopus wolfi, first found in 1913. as an adult is 1.5cm. This one, in the pic, should be a baby one, as long as I search couldn’t find any tech description of it.
I found one of those as well! anybody have any clue of the species?
