Fishing Fury Opens Community Forums For The Furious

We’ve received emails from our fans suggesting that they would like to see a community forum setup for all those fishing maniacs out there. Well, it’s about time you got what you wished for, and no Christmas didn’t come early this year!

Go check out the new Fishing Fury Community Forums!

The board is a fresh install of phpBB and will certainly grow and change over time. However there is no reason why you cant start using it now and let us know how we can make it even better.

I look forward to sharing some great stories and photos with all of you in the near future.

Keep the Fury alive!

Video Hosting Services And Wiked Sunday Night Videos

I’ve been testing out quite a few video sharing services, but DV Guru has a great review of 10 free video sharing services. Though a few of the services they reviewed are still beta, but hey Google Video is still beta, right. While I don’t think that features such as online editing and remixing are very important right now, a good community behind a site that has them could be the next online boom for video.

However, the average person who just wants to get his or her video online for all to see is probably best going with one of the major two providers, Google Video and You Tube.

Just the other day I found a new video site thats nothing but fishing videos. Fish Fever is still in beta and it’s unclear if they will be allowing users to upload videos (Im still waiting on an email reply to find out). Either way check out the truly awesome collection of videos they’ve got.

Here are a few more sites with good fishing videos: Ontario Fishing Reels, Figure 8 Muskie Charters Canada, Real Fishing with Bob Izumi has videos and full copies of their magazines in PDF (registration required, but worth it), and last but not least Action Angler- Big Bass Rich has quite a few (pilot, ep1, ep2, ep3, ep4, ep5) great videos on Zippy Videos

Re: Season Closer

I'm not 100% sure, but I think they get a little darker as they age. The biggest I've caught was about 14 inches long and still had these colours.

Re: Season Closer

Do these colours stay with the fish or as it gets bigger and older it fades or morphs into something else?

Re: Sailfish Nursery

Your lakes must have high salinity content if they can hold fish like that in Bill...I know what you mean by the aquarium thing though, would be nice
