Hey All. Found this forum when looking for blogs. Love the set up! I especially like the dark color theme and the attitude. haha. I think I am gonna hang out here a bit. Im out east in Nova Scotia but will be fishing in Ontario a bit this summer. I run a kayak fishing tournament trail that has a stop in Windsor, Ontario June 25th. If anyone is on here from there let me know.

Not to rub it in or anything but our water is open and we are legally allowed to start fishing Bass next weekend. Im out pounding early season smallies starting Friday :) ha. I will share some posts with you guys!

no way. Where abouts are you :) We should hook up for a flyfish sometime! You should come hang out at our tourney here in a few weeks. Its gonna be a sweet tourney. Lots of NS and NB folks are showing up. I suspect about 20 guys will be there with kayaks for a two day event. Im right on the cornwallis river and the trout are pounding baits. My bud caught a 24 inch brown the other day before we left for camp. And others I know are catching numbers. Im going to float the river asap here to catch a brown off the yak. Im also heading to Halifax this weekend to get our yak prize from Trail shop. If you wanna meet up for a coffee or something I will be there between 11-3 Saturday. Look forward to meeting you.

I live in Dartmouth on Mic Mac lake. I would love to meet up some time, but cant make it this Saturday, going to be fishing with my son!
