What kind of rods do you build? What types of blanks do you use?

Also, what is a belly boat?

I think a belly boat might be a float tube. I thought about getting one for use at the islands last year, but the water is too cold for me....! LOL

I build spinning, casting and fly rods!!I use evry kind of blanks: sage, orvis, st. croix, lamiglas, crb ect...This picture is my last personal rod...In origin was a casting rod(mojo bass, st. croix)...now it is 4 spinning!!!

Is that all made from salvaged parts? The cork looks like its from one or more other rods.

No!!!I used different kind of cork and foam rings. I like to build also the handles...in this case I have choosen this kind of shape...Evry time I love to use difference size and shape...I have a huge passion for rod building!!!Now I'm fishing only with MY rods and it's totally difference...I'm an exigent angler!!!!
