Anyone fishing the Islands Friday 13th July....?

I have Friday off from work, heading over the Islands for some Carp fishing. Anyone else likely to be out and about?

Yes...work...at this stage, I'd rather be busy so I can finish my degree!

Small sacrifice today...hopefully it'll pay out this weekend for MichaelAngelo, my friend and I.

I need all the luck I can get with the sticklebacks...they are small and tricky.

Ended up going over for the full day on Saturday, after Friday was blown out with other stuff. Met up with Blair for the 8am Ferry, had a blast and got fried to a crisp!!

Heading up to Bass Pro this morning, need some standoff hooks for drop shotting with the long rod.

Was over the Islands for a few hours last night, totally skunked! The water that was crystal clear last weekend is a horrible milky grey with zero visibility, following all the rain we had the day before. Noticed a huge milky plume in the water from Keatings when I was on the ferry. With more rain forecast tonight and tomorrow, I am probably skipping going fishing for a few days.
