Tackle up the ying-yang !!
Last week Bass Pro Shop announced the opening of a new 110,000 sq ft store complete with a marine section (ranger boats etc) in Moncton NB, a half hour drive from my house!! This week Cabelas also announced the opening of a new 50,000 sq ft store in Moncton. Both stores are scheduled to open in 2015. I hope I get a raise in my pension by then!!!
Money cant buy happiness, but it can buy fishin tackle and that is almost the same thing!!

It's rare the two mega-stores go head-to-head in the same city. I have a feeling one will eventually close and move. If you look at the distribution of the two stores across the US, you don't see much overlap.

You lucky guy. Maybe you can get a part-time job at one or the other of the stores, to support tackle happiness?

Been in Montreal for the last 3 days and got time to go to Le Baron to pick up some fishing goodies. There is a heck of a lot more in their catalogue than in the store! Only managed to drop a hundred bucks on some spinners and 3 muskie lures. Was hoping to spend about $250, haha
