    Couchaching Narrows Challenge

This isnt a tournament but I'm calling on you guys whom may get a chance to fish this location to try something I have butted my head against the wall about the last 3 years.

There is a row of wood pillers in the narrows where you cross between couchaching and simcoe. I've gone as far as to mark where they are on google maps below. This row of pilars usually around the first 3 - 5 from couch to simcoe carry a school of largemouth that would make your jaw hit the floor. Potential 6 - 7 lbers even are possible BUT !!!

Theres a big hitch ! These fish are on lockjaw ( at least for me ) every single time. The water is gin clear , with polorized glasses you will see them pretty easily and they hang out there every single trip i have ever made there. I just have never seen anything like it and it blows my mind everytime i fish a tournement there because its a winning bag of fish right under my nose.

I have a feeling these fish have seen a thing or two , and the traffic mid day through the narrows gets busy so my best luck has come early morning , with long casts and shutting off all my electronics and stay queit . I usually nab one of the average sized ones on first cast and then they just wont bite anymore.

I dont know if the key is live bait , or maybe a different approach ? maybe its timing ? but its sure to impress those interested to see the sight.

If anyone gets a chance and even potentially figures out this mystery and would up for the challenge please do . If you live near by its worth a shot , these fish are giant largemouth ! And im not joking no matter how rediculous this post is ...

Yeah, sounds like a job for a live crawfish. Not going to help during a tournament though I guess.
