Sorry guys I wasn't able to make it out this pass weekend and probably won't be able to make it out this weekend either. Don't think I'll be going out for salmon to much in the near future because of the fish in the river systems will be close to death or have been snagged 500 times this makes salmon fishing a little less appealing, to me at least. The steelhead should be coming in soon though. I will be making many trips out east to start fishing for the elusive steelhead mid October and into November. If you would like to meet up for some steelheading send me a PM and maybe we can setup a date that will work.
I can't wait to start the steelheading season

I see the credit has extended season for browns and I think rainbows as well from burnamthorpe north to 407
is it worth a shot in Nov? Have you fished much there dnaluz?

The regulations have changed over the pass couple years, I don't know exactly what they are for that stretch but I don't usually fish up that far north. I usually start fishing for rainbows mid-late October. Usually just below Burnhamthorpe and the golf course close to Dundas.
