Epic Fishing Photo Of The Day

I saw this photo on Reddit a few days ago and its definitely one of the coolest photos I have seen in a long time! I would imagine that this was probably not an easy shot to get. I don’t have any details on the photo, but if you do, feel free to post a comment!

1100 Pound Black Marlin – Formula 1 Game Fishing

This epic video and soundtrack hits the crescendo just after 3 minutes in when a 1100 pound black marlin makes it’s appearance at the inaugural Port Douglas Marlin Challenge held in November 2010 in Far North Queensland Australia.

I wish I could have this as my video alarm clock, it’s better than coffee.

The Ironman Of Tuna fishing

Epic Carp Battle Photo!

Quite possibly the most epic fishing photo I’ve ever seen, certainly one involving carp. A lot of people think of carp as a garbage fish, but in reality they pack some of the most intense freshwater battles you’ll find.

French photographer and biologist Laurent Ballesta captures the hour- long battle between a 15kg (33lb) carp and his brother at a small lake near Montpellier in southern France

The River That Time Forgot

Burl Productions brings us The River That Time Forgot – and epic journey through remote outer Mongolia in search of giant taimen. Enjoy!

This is a teaser for a video coming soon from burl productions about a month long expedition to explore a remote river deep in the heartland of outer Mongolia. We covered 140 miles of water that had previously never been floated and fished. Along the way we met some really interesting locals, caught some amazing fish and discovered things about our selves and how we fit into this crazy world we now live in.
