The folks over at Hogy Lures claim to have the worlds largest soft plastic lure, measuring an epic 18 inches and weighing 3 ounces. It’s certainly the longest I have ever seen! I think this would be a great addition to my collection of musky lures!

Its been a while since we’ve had any Name That Fish competitions, so here goes! This isn’t a fish you’ll catch on a rod and reel, but you may remember him from a popular cartoon back in the early 1990’s!

You may remember the last video we posted about the dangers of hand feeding pike, well here we go again!
In North America the carp gets no love, but in Europe carp are considered a delicacy. It’s true. Supermarkets even carry carp and sell them alive in the weeks before Christmas. The carp are often taken home and kept in a bath tub until Christmas morning when they are killed and prepared for the Christmas feast. Some markets will even kill and clean the carp for you!
Markets in Canada are even starting to carry carp!
