$80 at Dick's

As a tribute to Jonathan’s “100 Bucks of Musky Stuff from BPS” post I took a picture of my $80 of fishing stuff from Dick’s Sporting Goods. All the Rapala lures were over 30% so I stocked up. I got a bunch of lure that should be able to dive down to the deeper structure where I hope to find big smallmouth.

Plus striped bass and bluefish LOVE 9” SLOGOS but tear them up so a constant supply is a must.



Plus since I was taking pictures I got a couple of shots of my bass rods for a little extra tackle fan service:

which bait casting reel is that? i noticed it had a twitching bar. ny buddy really wants one with a twitching bar. just curious how you like it?

It’s a Daiwa Megaforce 100TSH. I got it at the beginning of the season and it’s been working well for me though it hasn’t gotten too much of a workout. I’ve used the twitching bar a bit with TX rigged worms and jerk baits but I’m not sure if I’m a big fan yet.

I've been really enjoying my Megaforce. I dont use the twitchn bar much, but when I have its worked perfectly.
