    Lake St Clair

Had the pleasure of getting out on Lake St Clair last weekend, weather was brutal on Saturday which was our best day in the boat as far as catching. Boat went 2 for 3. I went 1 for 2, lost one at boat side and ended up with this one

Man that looks cold. I suppose that makes such a nice catch even more rewarding.

Yep 15' back on a 6 1/4" jointed Woodie in a perch pattern

Jon I don't know what the deal is with the coloring, it looked just like a typical LSC fish pale with district spots, more of a brown tint than green like the ones up your way

most likely a different strain. flesh patterns and colours are likely an evolutionary design based on habitat.

A common LSC pattern fish for sure. I'm not entirely sure why the look so different then Kawartha musky. We mostly fish in the Kawartha region and its only 4-5 hours away.
