    Toronto Islands Fall Fishing

Hey guys, a friend and I went out on the islands over the weekend. It was a beautifully sunny day and the islands were empty, no people (and unfortunately no fish). The water levels were down about 6 feet I'd say!

    Any follows at least?

I think we have always gone too late in the fall - last time we went in November too...
October probably would have been ok.

I was thinking of going. Worked on the boat all October and now it's in storage, so shore fishing was on the brain. Can't wait until May!!!

Don't forget you can fish pre spawn in February - the only closed time is the Month of April and first week of May!

I'm not sure how often the ferry runs in February though!

    Hey John,

Have you tried outside of the inner canals?? There's a few spots with good depth and green cabbage all year long.. That's where they be hiding! If we get enough rain to hazy up the water, we should hit it soon!

Last I heard Masahiro was still on the hunt for his first.. And I don't like to dissapoint..
