Did you stay at the Westin Rio Mar or at the el conquistador? (thanks boys, I musta drifted off lol. ) I just looked at the pictures again and am pretty sure those 2 condo buildings are in Fajardo and the one break in the background looks like one I used to surf as a kid.
Hey Jonny long time no talk too, hope your doing well
I stayed at the Rio Mar, freakin place was fantastic, I stayed on someone else dime, don't think I could have afforded it myself.
    The marina was near Fajardo
I wished I would have known before that you knew so much about the place, I went in blind. I was talking with one of the employees at the Rio the last day and found out there was a place within walking distance to catch some fish.
not to worry though I still had a great time

    Cheers

those mahi are spectacular, my wife and i were in florida a few years back. My vacation agreement with her is she gets to pick the place if i get to fish one day. So i got her on a charter it was cheap since it was october and there was noone in florida. but anyways the chater was just my wife and myself and we had six mahi on at once the crew made us land all of them. it was utter chaos but we got them all in. what a blast! and they are so beautiful and the color change is amazing!

Glad to see my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. If you ever end up heading down there again def. shoot me a msg. I love that island and spent all my time in the ocean when I lived there. Did you make it up into the rain forrest since you were so close?

Jon: I am recently single and not opposed to the idea. I have lots of places to stay and beaches for us to fish, my only issue is my non us citizenship but I am sure we can get a way around it.
