Hot new lures for 2010

Do you have any new favorite lures that are coming out in 2010, or maybe just some lures that you're interested in trying? Post them here, we'd love to see them and maybe post a few to the main site.

I've always seen these HUGE 5, 6, 7 inch plastic swim baits... not the $20 musky hybrid plastics but the long, skinny swim plastics with a paddle tail thing...

Anybody here tried them before?

Rapala Glide rap

I have a couple now that I'll be testing out. Stange from In-Fisherman swears by them for Mr & Mrs Pike.

We saw them in action last year on TO islands - our buddy from France brought some and did well with the TO pike!

If my memory serves me right, this was a Glide rap TO pike...

what colour/size glidin rap? I picked up the silver flash and yellow, both in 12's.

I think it was hot olive size 12 but it may have been one of the colours we dont have here, maybe banded peacock - Other parts of the world have a few more options, and his was from France...

That spot produces more monster pike on the island than anywhere else. I'd be interested in how many pic's over the years actually are from that spot. I can recall a few big uns coming in there and some crazy Newfies drinking beer too :good:
