Re: anyone target pike around the credit river area?

25+ years ago there was a healthy population of pike from the highway down the the moth of the river, but I dont know anyone who fishes the area and catches pike these days. Its been 5+ years since I've fished in Port Credit, but I see no reason that there wouldn't be the odd pike around. I have seen pike washed up on shore over at Jack Darling park, and thats not far away from PC.

Theres a spot down near Cawthara Road (by the generating station) that I always thought looked good, only fished it once, but it look like a spot with great potential for pike. I did see lots or carp and a few bass cruising the last time I was there.

Let us know how things work out!
