Great way to start salmon season!

Got out for a couple hours today and managed to land my first salmon of the season. While fishing I also saw what I believe to be an Atlantic salmon but I'm not 100% sure. It was definitely different than the other fish that were circling the pool.

Nicely done man! I went out a few days ago but caught nothing but a cold.

Where did you head out to? Not all the rivers have fish in them but some do, just gotta put in the leg work. I've been trying to get Jon out but he seems busy every weekend.

This weekend should be really good since we are supposed to get rain all week.

I hate fishing the piers it never really appealed to me.

The rain we were supposed to get doesn't seem to want to come, I was really hoping for some rain by this evening but I don't think it's gonna happen.

I'm not a fan of the fishing either, its just the closest option after work when I only have an hour or two to fish!
